En ese sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los sistemas pastoriles de la regi\u00f3n tienen ventajas comparativas en los mercados que priorizan sostenibilidad, trazabilidad y calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los factores que explican esta etapa, el experto mencion\u00f3 el crecimiento del consumo global de prote\u00ednas, una recuperaci\u00f3n de la demanda interna en varios pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina y una mayor diversificaci\u00f3n de destinos de exportaci\u00f3n, lo que otorga mayor resiliencia al negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tonelli advirti\u00f3 que este escenario tambi\u00e9n impone desaf\u00edos: \u201cLa demanda de carne no solo crece, sino que se vuelve m\u00e1s exigente. Esto empuja a una transformaci\u00f3n del modelo productivo, con m\u00e1s tecnolog\u00eda, integraci\u00f3n de sistemas y profesionalizaci\u00f3n en todos los eslabones de la cadena\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El analista destac\u00f3 que si bien hay lugar para distintos modelos, ser\u00e1 clave que cada productor encuentre su nicho y se adapte a los nuevos requerimientos. \u201cLas oportunidades son enormes, pero hay que estar preparados. El que no se adapte puede quedar fuera del juego\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, remarc\u00f3 la importancia de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y los acuerdos internacionales para sostener este crecimiento: \u201cNecesitamos previsibilidad, apertura comercial y respaldo sanitario para consolidarnos como proveedores confiables en el
