{"id":13019,"date":"2025-09-24T12:09:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agromedios.com\/new\/?p=13019"},"modified":"2025-09-24T12:09:33","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:09:33","slug":"la-produccion-porcina-crece-con-foco-en-eficiencia-y-mercados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agromedios.com\/new\/la-produccion-porcina-crece-con-foco-en-eficiencia-y-mercados\/","title":{"rendered":"La producci\u00f3n porcina crece con foco en eficiencia y mercados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Eduardo Terrado y Luis Pedro Elhordoy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n porcina en Uruguay atraviesa una etapa de consolidaci\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n, con un crecimiento sostenido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os que la posiciona como un rubro con fuerte potencial dentro de la diversificaci\u00f3n agroindustrial del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos del Ministerio de Ganader\u00eda, Agricultura y Pesca (MGAP), el sector cuenta con m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<strong>200 productores registrados<\/strong>&nbsp;y una faena anual superior a las&nbsp;<strong>180.000 cabezas<\/strong>, abasteciendo principalmente al mercado interno, aunque con proyecci\u00f3n hacia la exportaci\u00f3n en el mediano plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo se explica en buena medida por la incorporaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>tecnolog\u00eda en gen\u00e9tica, nutrici\u00f3n y manejo sanitario<\/strong>, factores que han permitido mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad de la carne porcina.
