Estos datos se dieron a conocer hoy durante la jornada anual del Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC) \u00abCierres y Perspectivas 2025\u00bb, de la mano de Jorge Acosta, gerente de Informaci\u00f3n del instituto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe destaca una\u00a0<strong>distribuci\u00f3n equilibrada y din\u00e1mica<\/strong>\u00a0entre los principales mercados de destino, con cambios significativos en el\u00a0<em>ranking<\/em>\u00a0de compradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bloque&nbsp;<strong>USMCA<\/strong>&nbsp;(Estados Unidos, M\u00e9xico y Canad\u00e1) se consolida como el nuevo principal destino de las exportaciones c\u00e1rnicas de Uruguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cerrar\u00e1 2025 con un\u00a0<strong>valor r\u00e9cord de aproximadamente $1.000 millones de USD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experimenta un crecimiento cercano al\u00a0<strong>38%<\/strong>\u00a0con respecto a 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representa un\u00a0<strong>30%<\/strong>\u00a0del total exportado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el mercado de&nbsp;<strong>China<\/strong>, a pesar de las ca\u00eddas de a\u00f1os anteriores, muestra un&nbsp;<strong>leve repunte del 18%<\/strong>&nbsp;respecto a 2024, alcanzando los&nbsp;<strong>$971 millones de USD<\/strong>, lo que supone un 29% del total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro mercado que registra un desempe\u00f1o notable es la\u00a0<strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE)<\/strong>. La demanda del bloque crecer\u00eda un impresionante\u00a0<strong>81%<\/strong>\u00a0en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior, acerc\u00e1ndose a los\u00a0<strong>$700 millones de USD<\/strong>\u00a0en valor al cierre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>carne bovina<\/strong>&nbsp;es el motor de estos ingresos. Las proyecciones indican:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un volumen de colocaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>11% superior<\/strong>\u00a0al de 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se alcanzar\u00e1n unas\u00a0<strong>548 mil toneladas (epc) exportadas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>Ingreso Medio de Exportaci\u00f3n (IMEx)<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 el m\u00e1s alto de los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, con un valor promedio en el entorno de los\u00a0<strong>$5.000 USD\/ton pc<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El ingreso total de la carne bovina rondar\u00e1 los\u00a0<strong>$2,7 mil millones de USD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al mercado interno, el consumo total de carnes alcanzar\u00e1 el nivel m\u00e1s alto de la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.
