La gremial, presidida por Rafael Normey, argumenta que estas medidas, que paralizan la log\u00edstica agropecuaria (ganado, raciones, insumos), buscan compensar la falta de mantenimiento estructural y reparaciones deficientes en la caminer\u00eda rural.
